Modernisation of the reception area: 
temporary closure of the head office

The Cologne Tenants' Association is modernising its reception area! From 25 April 2025, renovation work will begin at our head office. 
The aim is not only to make our premises friendlier and more modern, but also to continue to fulfil the necessary safety regulations.

During the construction phase, this office will therefore remain closed until 5 May 2025.

• None of our other five branches will be affected by the remodelling work.
• However, we will of course continue to be there for you at our head office at Mühlenbach 49!
• All agreed consultation appointments during this period will take place by telephone.
• You can also contact us as usual by telephone, letter or e-mail.

We ask for your understanding for this temporary restriction and look forward to welcoming you to our newly designed premises from 6 May 2025!
