Do you have questions about membership or need support? We will inform you about our conditions and services, set up new memberships and coordinate appointments with our legal department. With us, you won't be greeted automatically, but with a personalised service. We take care of your concerns professionally and with sensitivity.
As a member, you receive free legal advice. We advise tens of thousands of people every year and resolve many disputes without going to court. On our service pages you will find basic information on typical tenant-landlord issues. Although this does not replace individual legal advice, it will help you to familiarise yourself with the most important topics. On average, around 500 letters leave our office every day - that means 500 file submissions, file management, filing and filing activities. This requires a high degree of coordination and organisation. Our office staff and secretaries work carefully and precisely, they keep client files, organise the filing of files and always maintain an overview. The focus is on the preparation of written pleadings from the dictations of our legal advisors. Filing work is also an important area of responsibility, for example allocating daily mail to the relevant files and submitting them for your consultation appointments.

Numbers, numbers, numbers - that's the accounting department's job. This is where we liaise with you by telephone and manage your membership account: Correct debiting of contributions, booking of incoming payments, dispatch of reminders, dispatch of the tenant newsletter, processing of new admissions and cancellations, electronic document archiving. We are also responsible for the administration of DMB legal expenses insurance policyholders. You can also make changes directly online in our portal.
