You can count on our help. All year round. No matter how tricky your problem may seem at first. In order for us to be able to assure you of this, we need your support. We must be able to count on your punctual payment of contributions. According to the articles of association, the contribution must be paid annually in advance by 31 January of each year. If you take part in the direct debit scheme, we will save sending out contribution invoices; in this way you will help to reduce our postage and administration costs. As a direct debit payer, you will also find timely information in the tenant newsletter.
