* I/We authorize the Cologne Tenants' Association to collect payments from my/our account by direct debit. At the same time, I/we instruct my/our bank to redeem the direct debits drawn on my/our account by the Cologne Tenants' Association.

4Declaration of membership

* The persons named above hereby declare that they are joining the Cologne Tenants' Association. I/we have read the statutes and recognize them. The same applies to the services of DMB Rechtsschutz-Versicherung AG.

* I/we agree to the collection, processing and use of my/our personal data for the purposes of the association as well as the transmission for legal protection purposes. In the event of re-registration, I/we consent to the forwarding of my/our membership data. I/we am/are aware that my/our IP address will be transmitted with the registration. My/our personal data will be processed in accordance with the applicable data protection law. You can find detailed information in our privacy policy.

Contribution, start and end of your membership

Please apply below for your membership with legal protection for tenants. Your annual membership fee of 99,- will be invoiced pro rata on joining until the end of the year. You pay the admission fee of 20,- once. The start of your membership is the current date. It is not possible to pre-date or backdate your membership. Your new membership is open-ended and can only be cancelled by giving notice. Please refer to § 7 of our statutes.

SEPA Direct Debit Mandate

You can only join the Cologne Tenants' Association online if you issue us with a SEPA direct debit mandate with the payment method “Recurring payment”. Please download the SEPA direct debit mandate, complete it in full, sign it and send it to us in the original.

This does not apply if you have an acknowledgement of costs from the job centre, etc. Please then call us so that we can set up your membership.
